MERCURIT RB 591 Y The new Hermes product for centerless grinding!

The Hermes MERCURIT products are high-performance grinding belts for centerless grinding of tubes, rods and flat grinding of

square tubes out of stainless steel, carbon steel and non-ferrous metals. Compared to conventional grinding belts, they are characterized by a multiple increases in tool life and very high process reliability. The new MERCURIT RB 591 Y has been developed for intermediate and fine grinding of tubes and rods with medium grinding pressure. It is especially suitable for grinding workpieces out of carbon steel before chroming and stainless steel.
